The estimated delivery time refers to the overall transit time once your order is dispatched. Delivery times depend on various factors, with the most important being your location. Below is the estimated delivery time based on your country of residence:

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details:

If our system detects any issues with your address, we will reach out to you within 3 business days via email for verification. If we do not hear back within this time, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Once your package is handed over to our courier partners, it is out of our control. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately at contact.reovio@gmail.com. We will assist you in tracking the issue.

For lost or stolen packages, we recommend contacting the courier company directly to file a claim. They typically have a process for lost or stolen items, and we will work with them to help resolve the matter.

Reovio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during shipping, and these situations are outside of our refund policy. However, if the package is not recovered, we may offer a replacement depending on the circumstances.

In some cases, couriers may locate and deliver your package. If the package cannot be found, we recommend filing a police report.
