Please note that any changes or cancellations to your order must be made within 24 hours of placing it. Once this timeframe has passed, we may not be able to accommodate your request as your order will have already entered the processing stage. If you do cancel within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging our products to prevent any damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it has a physical defect or is broken. Damaged packaging (such as dented boxes) that does not affect the product inside will not be considered as damage.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. To report a damaged item, please email us at contact.reovio@gmail.com and include a clear photo of the damage. We will assess the situation and, if applicable, offer a replacement at no cost to you. Please note that we do not offer refunds, replacements, or accept returns for items damaged due to normal wear and tear or misuse.
